what i'm loving wednesday

[one]- First off, I am LOVING that today is Wednesday--Half way through the week!!

[two]- I am LOVING that I have already finished all my homework for today.

[three]-I am LOVING the today is absolutely beautiful outside! I thought this entire week was suppose to be nasty, but thankfully, I was wrong!

[four]- I am LOVING that I wore flip-flops this weekend and today.

[five]- I am LOVING that tonight we have Wednesday Night Church service, Choir practice, and also Drama practice.

[six]- I am LOVING Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri nail polish!

[seven]- I am LOVING that we just received our entire first season of Glee on DVD!!! & also that Glee is starting again this Sunday!!! :)

[eight]- I am LOVING that tomorrow is my last day of classes for this week!

[nine]- I am LOVING that my sweet baby girl, Juicy, is so lovable. And, that she snuggles with me while Adam is out of town.

[ten]- I am LOVING that I found some amazing wedding shoes!

[eleven]- I am also LOVING that I finally found some wedding invitations that I love--I found a picture that I loved months ago and haven't been able to find anything like it until now!

[twelve]- I am, of course, LOVING my amazing family, fiance', and our God above!

weekend recap

This weekend wasn't exactly how I had planned. I was hoping that my fiance' and I would spend the entire weekend together cuddling and just being lazy all day...but instead, our weekend turned into him working and me doing homework most of the weekend [sad face] NOT my kind of fun!

However, while I managed to get away from the books, I was able to go watch my two baby sisters play some softball...It brings back all the memories from when I played! They played two games against a 14u team [& they are only 12u] and actually won a game! Brooke, the older one, is actually a pitcher and she pitched one of her best games yet! I was a proud big sister!!

Sunday, I had to go to church without Adam, but I managed to get my family to go with me! [they are usually at practice and can't go] After church, I came home and enjoyed a nice Sunday nap. I had to be back at the church around 4ish for Drama practice & we also had our 5th Sunday night sing at a local church. Hearing the beautiful songs and worshiping Our Lord was such a great way to begin my week! Once I got out of church, Adam was at my house waiting for me! It was the perfect ending to an absolutely wonderful and blessed day ♥

I am BACK!!! Hopefully I can keep up with my blog much better this time from last time.


The whole reason I even created this blog was to post and allow friends and family to keep up with my upcoming wedding. However, that has changed. Me and my fiance' decided that we should move the wedding back. [sad face] I was trying to plan a wedding, go to school, and find a place to live all without a job! So, we figured it would be so much better for us to wait until I am closer to graduating. So, as of now, we are planning for sometime around May 2012. Being engaged for this long will hopefully allow for me to have my mind made up on every single detail :) Here are some of the things that we have done so far:

I hope everyones Monday went great! I wasn't too sure of how it was going to go for me being that I started back classes today! It was an extremely LONGGG day for me! I woke up about 6:30 to get ready and leave my house by 7:10 to make it to Georgia Southern by 8! My schedule is pretty nice, besides for Monday! I go from 8am until 8pm!! Yes! I said 8 to 8!!! BUT it's actually not as bad as it sounds! I do have a break from 12 until 5!! Did I mention it was a HUGE break?!?! But it actually turns out to be even better because two of my best friends, Meredith & Amy, also have a break and so we get to get together to catch up and eat lunch!! I also get some good time to go to the RAC and get a really good workout :) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are not going to be bad either! Starting in a couple of weeks I will actually be in a classroom with little ones & I'm SUPER excited!! I am so looking forward to this :)

Weekend

This weekend was pretty busy! Many of us girls & our guys went out to South Carolina in a limo to help Cait (over at ♥ [6.10.2011♥ ) celebrate her 21st birthday Friday night!

We had such a great time! We went to a country club first and so all of us girls wore some cowboy boots

After dancing for hours and even riding the mechanical bull it was closing time.... :( But we made them stay and play at least 3 or 4 more songs, because we couldn't find the perfect song for the "last" dance! But finally once they got us to leave we thought we were heading home! The girls starting just enjoying the ride in the front while the guys were planning what was next! Next thing we hear, "Turn right up here!" "We're going to the Gold Club!" "What?!?" Yes, ended up at this place, but us girls had a HUGE laugh out of it! Finally we left and headed home! We arrived back home around 4ish and most of the girls were starving so we headed into the kitchen and cooked something. Me on the other hand, had to get up at 6 o'clock to head to Georgia Southern, so I was trying to get a little rest! (This however did not happen.) We ended up finally laying down about 5:15 and I actually got up at 5:45!!! I practically had NO sleep! I got up and went to my house to start getting ready to head to GSU. I made it there by 7:30 and was ready to get my classes. But bad thing was I had to wait until about 2:30 before ever doing just that! I sat there ALL day about to fall over any minute! But I actually did make it through the whole day until I got home! Once I made it to my house and to the couch I was gone! Yes, I fell fast to sleep about 4 o'clock and didn't wake up until about 9 this morning to head to church! It really was a great weekend with some amazing girls (&their guys!)

Dress Fitting

As I said yesterday, I went this morning to go for my first dress fitting and I actually got to BRING IT HOME!!!!! It fitted so PERFECT& I absolutely fell in love with it all over again :)
